Prescription Medications and Other Pet Products

North Haledon Veterinary Care is a full-service facility. For your convenience, we have a pharmacy on the premises where you can fill your pet’s prescriptions. Please call our office to renew or request medications for your pet. We will call you back promptly once your request has been processed to let you know when your pet’s medication is available for you to pick up.

Signs of Illness in Pets

If your pet should become ill, he or she may not exhibit the same obvious symptoms as a person. Some of the more common, sustained behavior changes and symptoms to watch out for are the following:

Although there are many other ways a pet can exhibit illness, the symptoms listed above may be subtle and not always picked up on right away. If you notice any of the above, please call our office immediately so we can help you determine if they should be seen by one of our trusted veterinarians. If so, we will ensure they receive the first available appointment so we can exam your pet and properly diagnose the issue.

If you think your pet may be experiencing these or other changes in behavior, contact our office online or dial (973) 423-5656 to determine whether an examination is appropriate.
